There is a new spring in our step as we watch the 0 Coronavirus cases notifications for Melbourne Metro.
With the easing of restrictions we would like to welcome you back into our clinics, while complying with the current Vic government restrictions.
What are our restrictions?
We have a limit of how many people we can have in our waiting room and in our consultation rooms. We have signs at the front of each clinic advising of this, the number of people includes our staff members. If we are particularly busy please be patient with us and wait outside until it is safe for us to usher you in. If in doubt, call us when you arrive and we can direct you.
We have stickers and tape on the floor to assist you with social distancing. Please comply with our staff requests if they ask to you move to a particular area, as they are doing this for everyone’s safety. There is hand sanitiser at the door which we ask you to use as you come in and masks (covering your mouth and nose) must be worn at all times while in the clinic.
We will ask you for your name and phone number when you arrive in the clinic as this is a requirement for contact tracing.
Our consultation rooms are a smaller space so we would appreciate it if only one family member could bring your pet in. If this isn’t possible, we ask that the family members stick together and maintain 1.5m social distance from our staff.
If you would prefer to stay outside while we treat your animal, we are still able to do that.
If you need medication or food, please call ahead and we will set it aside for you. That way you can collect it quickly or call us when you get to the clinic and we can bring it out for you.
Thank you for your patience and consideration while we negotiated the restrictions of lockdown. We appreciate the support we have had from our loyal customers and the super-human efforts of our staff. We are looking forward to a brighter and easier summer for everyone.
