We remain open for you and your pets during the final few weeks of lockdown.
We will continue contactless consultations until 80% vaccination rates are achieved (indicative date 5 November 2021).
Please phone us on arrival as our front door will be closed.
In addition to masks and contact tracing, we ask that only one person attends the clinic with your pet.
If you need to reschedule an appointment please call us.
Kew Cattery remains open. If you are planning on going away once travel distances have eased and need to board your cat, please don’t delay. We are currently booked out over Christmas and New Year, but still have availability for other times.
If your pet requires their annual vaccination before you travel again, please book well in advance as we are currently working at full capacity and anticipate a rush as we get closer to the holiday period.
As essential workers, all our staff have had at least one vaccination and all will be fully vaccinated by 26 November 2021. The majority are fully vaccinated at this stage already.
We thank you, once again, for your understanding and for helping us keep our staff safe. We look forward to seeing you and your pet soon.
