Stress-Free Visits

We aim to make every visit as stress free and comfortable for your pet (and for you!) as possible. We can work with you to reduce the stress on your pet as much as possible, and we have a range of pheromone-based treatments available to help including Feliway and Adaptil. Give us a call and we can talk through the options. While most visits are better in the clinic where we have access to all the necessary equipment and medications, in some situations we are able to offer house call visits with prior arrangement. Please contact the clinic to discuss.
Housecalls
In most cases it is advantageous to bring your pet into the clinic where we have all the necessary staff, medication and equipment to treat your pet. We understand Vet visits can be stressful and we try to minimise this and make both you and your pet feel as comfortable as possible. In some cases, where you or your pet are not able to come into the clinic, we can arrange for one of our Vets and nurses to do a home visit (an additional charge applies and 24 hours notice is required).
